Missing tracking & response
I’ve ordered from your company before and had a positive experience. Beautiful basket and quick delivery. This time, however, I never got a useable tracking number and when I emailed about it (twice), I never got a response. This is disappointing. I was going to order another gift basket for Christmas, but am not sure now.

Now that's a thank you gift.
I hope that one day I, myself, will do a deed good enough, so somebody'll get me one of these. The truffles look soooooooo good.
