I ordered 2 gift baskets and I cannot comment yet on the actual products as the recipients haven’t yet received their gifts. However, the baskets looked very nice and the customer service was great. My only complaint is that I never received a shipping email update or tracking number to track items. I had to call and ask and was then given tracking number over the phone. It would be helpful to have access to shipping and tracking automatically through an email without having to call and find out. Other than that, a good experience overall and nice product selection.
