  • On-line - Our website is user friendly and offers secure on-line ordering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you are nervous about ordering on line please click on our about us link to get to know us better. We consider our customers to be our family. Each unique gift is created with love.
  • Phone - You may call us during our business hours to place your order by phone with one of our design specialists at (415) 706 6554 or (415) 495.6553. Monday - Friday from 7 A.M. to 8 P.M.
  • You can always call or email us on the weekend, and we will get back to you within an hour or two.

      Privacy Policy: All information you provide to us will be used solely to process your order. Your information is stored in our private database and will not be sold or exchanged with any third party.

      Payment: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Business checks. Corporate accounts can be arranged with a 50% down payment when the order is received and then the remainder is due in 30 days. You can print a corporate contract right from this page.       Sales Tax: All orders placed or delivered with the state of California will be subject to sales tax of 8.50%

      Processing: Your order will be completed within 48 hours of receipt. Same day delivery is available for orders placed by noon. Next day delivery is also available. Call to confirm any delivery needed prior to our 48 hour standard. San Francisco Gift Baskets cannot be held responsible for processing delays due to incomplete information given by customer.

      Cancellations: For regular accounts, cancellations will be accepted within 24 hours of order placement unless your order has already been shipped or delivered. A 20% cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations. For corporate accounts the 50% down payment will not be refunded once an order has been placed.

      Substitutions: We reserve the right to make product substitutions of equal or greater value at no extra charge to the customer. This may be necessary on occasion due to product availability and the discretion of the designer. The quality or presentation of your gift will not be compromised. The customer can also request product substitution at the time of ordering. Substitutions by customer request may result in an additional charge, which will be discussed.

      Personalized Design Requests: The baskets featured on our website are just a few of the many design options we offer. We will gladly design a personalized gift basket for you according to your requests. We have the ability to imprint and engrave a variety of items.
